- Extranodal lymphomas with unusual phenotypes and/or unusual clinical presentations including bone and soft tissue, breast, female genital tract, testis, central nervous system, and space-associated lymphomas, excluding typical MALT lymphomas
- Extranodal lymphomas with T-cell or NK-cell phenotypes
- Extranodal lymphomas associated with infectious agents such as HTLV1, KSHV/HHV8, EBV and/or immune deficiency and dysregulation, excluding post-transplant B-cell lymphoproliferative disorders
Cutaneous Lymphomas
- Cutaneous lymphoproliferative disorders and lymphomas with unusual phenotypes and/or unusual clinical presentations and/or mimics of lymphomas
- Cutaneous lymphomas associated with infectious agents such as HTLV1, KSHV/HHV8, EBV, other and/or immune deficiency and dysregulation
